Internship at MASH Trust

MASH Trust provides a wide range of support services for people with mental health conditions, intellectual or physical disabilities and addiction struggles. As a part of her Bachelor of Applied Management, Moana completed an internship supporting the MASH Trust team.

Moan’s internship focused on change management, as MASH Trust was planning to introduce a new customer relationship management (CRM) system to enhance customer service. Moana investigated the climate and culture of the organisation, so that she could make recommendations to help with the transition.

The internship experience helped Moana to better understand workplace dynamics, and it reinforced what kind of manager she wanted to be. She is now working as a Shift Manager at RJ's Licorice.
